Leading Through People and Purpose

With more than two decades of experience spanning classroom instruction, campus administration, and district leadership, I have built my work around a central belief: the strength of any school system lies in the quality, alignment, and development of its people. Throughout my career, I have cultivated strong partnerships with educators, families, and community stakeholders while designing systems that strengthen talent, build leadership capacity, and promote organizational excellence.

I currently serve as Director of Strategic Staffing and Campus Principal, leading district talent initiatives while overseeing campus operations. My work centers on strengthening workforce systems, mentoring leaders, and aligning staffing practices with district priorities. I am deeply committed to ensuring that personnel decisions, professional learning structures, and leadership pipelines are intentionally designed to support student success, operational effectiveness, and long-term sustainability.
